Job Responsibilities
Proactively call partner restaurants and listen to their needs to offer tailored proposals.
Provide the best service so restaurants can grow on Lieferando.de.
Act as the first point of contact for new restaurants, ensuring a successful start.
Coordinate and organize all administrative tasks for the Account Management Team.
Serve as an internal liaison, collaborating with other teams on issues and new projects.
Optimize restaurants on Just Eat Takeaway.com for peak performance.
Elevate your portfolio and our service with the Account Management Team.
Job Profile / Qualifications
Several years of experience in sales, account management, or upselling/cross‑selling products.
Preferred experience in the gastronomy sector.
Active in seeking new opportunities rather than waiting for work to arrive.
Strong communication skills and commercial instinct drive smooth operations.
Organizational talent with a never‑lost‑overview mindset; enjoys solving complex tasks.
Stress‑resistant and humorous personality fits the motivated and ambitious team.
Proficient with MS Office, Google Tools (Gmail, G‑Drive, etc.).
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk is an advantage.
Fluent German and good English; additional foreign languages are a plus.
