Outside Sales Representative - Pest Control

A Day in the Life of an Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator
Wake up excited to meet new clients and work on prospective business deals.
Internally schedule appointments and perform prompt follow‑up.
Build rapport with residential customers through networking.
Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options.
Perform home evaluations, including in crawl spaces such as attics.
Use sales skills to offer solutions, recommend services, and explain benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude to achieve success with inspections and new customer acquisition.
Qualifications for an Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator
Valid driver’s license
Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
Customer service experience
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services
Basic math skills
