Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Medicare Account Executive. The Medicare Account Executive will be responsible for building relationships with clients, educating and guiding them through the Medicare plan selection process, and ensuring they have a seamless experience from initial consultation to enrollment. The role involves managing leads, conducting personalized consultations, and providing ongoing support to address client inquiries and concerns while staying updated on Medicare regulations and offerings.

Manage leads and conduct personalized consultations.
Provide ongoing support for client inquiries and concerns.
Stay updated on Medicare regulations and offerings.
Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
Experience in sales, customer service, or Medicare-related roles.
Knowledge of Medicare plans, including Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans.
Ability to educate clients and convey information clearly and empathetically.
Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage leads and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in technology tools and platforms for remote work, such as CRM software.
Current or willingness to obtain a health insurance license is a plus.
Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
