Sign On Bonus
Eligible external candidates receive a $2,000 bonus paid in two installments: first following 90 days of continuous employment, second following 180 days. Eligible internal candidates receive a $1,000 bonus with the same schedule.
Territory Sales Representative The Territory Sales Representative role is an opportunity to channel your energy and entrepreneurial swagger into extraordinary sales experiences. In this consultative sales role, you will provide solutions by selling Cox data, video, home security voice and mobile services to residential customers while managing your assigned territory.
What You’ll Do As a Territory Sales Representative, you’ll generate new leads, sales, and upgrades. This means becoming skilled at sales prospecting, referrals, partner relationships, door‑to‑door canvassing, and networking within your assigned territory. You’ll design and deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations, assess residential customers’ needs, and close the sale.

Build relationships with homeowner associations, multi‑dwelling unit managers, leasing agents, and others to generate sales.
Assist with training new hires, collaborate with other departments, and partner with leadership to uncover new growth approaches.
Occasionally install or disconnect customer telecommunication services, collect payments and equipment.
Work non‑traditional hours to maximize customer contact opportunities.
Maintain the highest ethical standards, follow company policy, and act professionally when representing us.

This reflects a full‑time salary base rate of at least $36,800 and a target commission of $3,113 per month. There is potential to earn up to and beyond $107,371 annually as a high performer. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Ability to qualify for certifications and licenses, as required by state and municipal laws, to sell Home Security.
Proficient knowledge and ability to operate a smartphone, iPad, and a computer.
Ability to work outside in all types of weather: heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.
Ability to walk 1 ½ or more miles a day and up and down stairs within your residential territory.
Must be able to carry an iPad with case and a light bag with marketing materials for 5+ hours a day.
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
BS/BA degree.
Knowledge of local market with established local contacts.
1+ years of outside/field sales/door‑to‑door or related experience with quota requirements.
Experience in residential direct sales, home security or telecommunications industry.
Compensation Base salary: $30,200 – $45,400. Role eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $37,368.
Benefits Eligible employees may take as much vacation with pay as consistent with duties and company needs. Seven paid holidays, up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually, additional paid time off for bereavement, voting, jury duty, volunteer, military, and parental leave.
