Remote Call Center Agent - Bilingual FR/ES

A logistics services provider is looking for a Call Center Representative I in Georgia to assist with inbound service calls from customers. The ideal candidate will handle vehicle breakdowns and preventive maintenance scheduling while providing excellent customer service.
