We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Precast Foreman to join our team in Mesa, AZ. As a key leader in our precast operations, you will oversee daily activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in all production processes. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of precast workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, material handling, and equipment management.
Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety on the job site.
Oversee crane operation, rigging, and load handling to ensure safe and efficient lifting of precast elements.
Monitor production quality and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the precast process.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
Maintain accurate records of production, safety incidents, and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10) is required.
Valid Forklift License.
Experience in crane operation, rigging, and load handling.
Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Prior experience in precast concrete operations is preferred.
You should be proficient in:
OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
Forklift Licensed
Crane Operation
Rigging & Load Handling
Blueprint Reading
