About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced shop environment and genuinely enjoys helping customers in Raleigh, NC. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage repair orders, communicate effectively with both customers and technicians, and drive service sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
Write accurate and detailed repair estimates
Order parts quickly and efficiently
Communicate clearly with customers and technicians
Present and sell recommended services; close repair opportunities
Manage repair orders from start to finish
Deliver outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
Maintain organized, detailed service records
Use shop management software (Tekmetric experience is a plus)
Support shop goals related to ARO and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Automotive service advisor experience required
5+ years experience as a Service Advisor
A true “people person” with a team-first mindset
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable with phones, computers, and shop software
Strong math, organization, and attention to detail
Positive, professional attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience estimating, ordering parts, and selling services
Clean, valid driver's license
