Korean Customer Service Representative
A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Korean Customer Service Representative. Position type: Full Time/ Contract Duration: 6 Months Location: Remote As a Korean Customer Service Representative, you will: Be responsible for handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, etc., and work with customers to solve problems. Navigate through multiple systems at a time. The ideal candidate will have: Native speaking Korean and English as the 2nd language. Required HS diploma or GED with 2 years of customer service experience. Call center experience is required. Healthcare industry experience - preferred.
