Commission pay with $44,200 base salary Schedule

Bossier City, LA (Required) Responsibilities
Delivery – Deliver clean uniforms, mats, and facility service products, return soiled products to the plant on time, and manage customer needs weekly. Manage customer par levels to avoid overstocking flat goods. Manage the customer’s uniform program to ensure quality garments, avoid unnecessary ordering, and ensure customer satisfaction with their appearance and safety. Problem Solving—Communicate all problem situations to the customer with a plan on how to eliminate the problem. When necessary, request aid and assistance from Service Management. Build Rapport—Develop a good relationship with each customer by providing for their needs and following through on requests and suggestions. Sales – Be responsible for selling/adding to the route and meeting sales goals. Direct Sales Products—Sell additional rental services and direct sell products to existing customers based on their needs and Porter’s assigned goals. Look for and report selling opportunities to both management, the Direct Sales Dept., and the New Account Sales Dept. Ensure customer retention by always maintaining service agreement terms. Material Cost – Be responsible for daily cash, company inventory, delivery vehicle, and equipment. Personal Requirements
Physical Be able to climb in and out of a delivery truck while carrying product. Climb & Carry—Climb stairs carrying product up to 75 lbs. Temperatures—Withstand extreme temperatures in the Summer and Winter. Communication Oral Communication—Effectively express oneself in individual and group situations. Written Communication—Clearly express and understand ideas in writing and in good form. Listening—Receive and use information from oral communication. Interpersonal Impact—Maintain personal appearance and company vehicles professionally. Create a good first impression. Initiative—Initiate new ideas to get the job done by going beyond the normal performance expectations of the position. Tolerance for Stress—Handle all situations (i.e., time pressure, deadlines, task difficulty). Rapport Building—Meet people easily and be liked; get along well with people and earn their trust; build rapport through listening and oral communication skills. Job Knowledge—Understand and implement all Company policies and procedures that affect job responsibility. Judgment—Develop alternative courses of action and make decisions that are based on logical assumptions and facts. Decisions must be made in the best interests of the customer and the company.
