Experience & Qualifications Needed
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
1-3 years of progressive experience in auto service is preferred but not required
Consistent record of service and sales success
Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
Team-oriented and self-motivated
Able to work independently
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities
Greet customers and guide them through the service process with confidence, professionalism, and a focus on building long-term relationships.
Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly, with the goal of increasing closing ratios and maximizing service sales.
Consistently follow up with customers for approvals and updates, creating urgency, and trust through timely communication.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and estimates are conveyed to customers.
Own the customer experience from drop-off to delivery, ensuring every interaction ends with satisfaction and repeat business.
Track performance metrics like sales totals and closing ratios to drive continuous improvement.
