We are now looking for a Head ofSales & Commercial Expansion who will play a central role in shaping and executing Beohemija’s expansion strategy and new commercial opportunities
Role Mission
Lead and scale Beohemija’s commercial strategy — from developing go-to-market plans and establishing distribution networks, to building strong partnerships across Europe and other priority regions. We are seeking an experienced, proactive commercial leader from the FMCG/detergent industry with a proven track record in building and developing diverse markets. The appropriate candidate shall lead expansion strategy across all channels Beohemija operates as well as recover new opportunities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial and sales strategy.
- Build and manage a distributor network and key retail relationships across targeted markets
- Own the P&L ensuring sustainable and profitable growth
- Lead go-to-market execution, working closely with production, marketing, logistics, R&D and General services.
- Negotiate commercial terms, framework agreements, and joint business plans with distributors and retail partners as well as supervise the excellence and set the targets of own distribution
- Monitor competitive landscape, identify market trends, and propose new market opportunities
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing commercial & business development team
- Contribute to portfolio strategy and support the introduction of new products tailored to the markets
- Actively support group-wide strategic initiatives related to expansion and growth
