Senior Sales Director permanent position at Manhattan, NY

The Senior Sales Director reports to the Head of Sales. He/she is responsible for the direction and management of all sales and business development operations within their defined territory or region. The Senior Sales Director will drive the company’s achievement of its customer acquisition and revenue goals.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 - 10 years of direct sales experience as a top performer
- 3 - 5 years experience building, leading and motivating a regional sales effort
- Experience with human resources and/or recruiting industry
PREFERRED Skills:
- Experience selling Recruiting Processing Outsourcing (RPO) services to the Fortune 1000
- 3+ years experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Demonstrable track record of exceeding goals/quotas
