What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and execute a regional business plan to boost Plumbing & Industrial sales channels in the Eastern US

Engage with National Plumbing and Industrial Supply members and distributors to assess market strategies

Collaborate with planning teams to optimize inventory capacity and achieve high fill rates

Deliver presentations and demonstrations of company products and services to clients

Provide weekly market activity reports and monthly territory analyses to management

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales management

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or a related field

Proven ability to meet and exceed corporate goals

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 60-70%) within the assigned territory
