In this role, you will demonstrate

Facilitating the execution of business plans that impact multiple accounts and gaining buy-in on responsibilities

Responsibilities
Identify, target, and win new business by influencing and working with HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment
Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to accurately understand the clinical, organizational, and financial challenges and opportunities within target accounts
Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects
Coordinate, engage, and partner with multiple cross-functional team members (i.e., Clinical Nurse Educators and Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated product experience to customers
Provide exceptional customer service by proactively anticipating and addressing HCP problems, needs and requests
Deliver and adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals and objectives utilizing; KPIs, scaling of successes, business problem solving, etc.
Develop and foster external relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders
Ability to adapt to different environments and to work with a diverse group of individuals. TAM’s work in a Matrix and will have many stakeholders with whom they interact in each geography
2-3+ years demonstrated sales experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales with successful track record of exceeding expectations
HIV, Cardiovascular, Immunology experience preferred but not required
Exhibit high degree of interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
Driven/Motivated for growth in role/position
Must be able and willing to drive or operate a vehicle, driving is an essential function of this role
Mobility - Agreed upon flexibility to deploy, within 2 weeks, to a newly assigned territory for extended period of time
Must live close to a major airport and preferably have experience with extensive travel
Ability to travel domestically as necessary, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel up to 60%
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $160,000k to $170,000k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
