as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, driving strategic fundraising, public relations, and community engagement efforts. Family Services is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting, healing, and caring for children and families throughout Northeast Wisconsin. We deliver essential support during life's most challenging moments, helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive. Key Responsibilities
Expand current and cultivate new donor relationships to achieve annual fundraising goals. Design and implement a comprehensive major gifts program, building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects. Serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, contributing to the development and execution of agency strategic objectives. Lead the expansion and management of a robust planned giving and legacy program. Strengthen the involvement of volunteers within the philanthropy process. Provide oversight for all administrative and operational systems that support accurate donor records, pledge management, acknowledgment processes, and CRM utilization. Identify and pursue high-impact grant opportunities across government, foundation, and corporate sectors. Oversee public relations, external communications, and marketing efforts to enhance the visibility and reputation of Family Services. Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field. Experience
7+ years of donor development and fundraising experience. 3+ years in a supervisory role. Preferred: Previous marketing and communications experience. Skills and Competencies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Demonstrated success in expanding and cultivating donor relationships. Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to influence and engage a wide range of volunteers and donors and build long-term relationships. Strong organizational and time management skills critical to success. Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License with reliable personal vehicle and acceptable driving record. Why Join Us
