Responsibilities
Engage in all aspects of the design process, including client consultation, concept development, and final installation.
Manage calendar, proposals, invoices, and vendor estimates.
Coordinate and schedule deliveries of furnishings and materials.
Maintain client folders, office library, and sample files.
Prepare Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and handle building alteration/decorating agreements.
Qualifications
1.5–3 years of experience working for an interior design firm.
Highly organized with exposure to both design and construction workflows.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and execute tasks with limited guidance.
Experience with design accounting software such as Studio Webware.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Problem‑solving ability.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or SketchUp.
Motivation to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
Skill in creating custom work orders for furniture and window‑treatment vendors.
