Our law firm is looking for an Intake Specialist to join our fast‑moving personal injury team. In this role, you’ll engage daily with prospective clients, insurance carriers, attorneys, and members of our support staff within a highly dynamic, high‑volume environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for potential new clients and assure their experience is exceptional
Conduct a comprehensive intake screening process to assess case viability
Assure completion of all intake documentation
Communicate daily with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
Schedule clients’ initial doctors’ visits to assure proper treatment plan
Coordinate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and secretaries to effectively manage case load to move files towards pre‑suit
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bilingual – English and Spanish (required)
Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced work environment
Compassion for the injured
Experience in personal injury (preferred)
Organized and detail‑oriented self‑starter
High energy personality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Type: Full‑time Location: In person
