Make outbound calls to past blood donors to re-engage and schedule donation appointments
Build positive, respectful connections while educating donors on upcoming needs and opportunities

Meet and exceed goals and metrics in a fast-paced environment
Handle a high volume of outbound calls while maintaining quality interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Graduate or GED required
Minimum of one year of customer service experience preferred
Proficient computer skills required (assessment required)
Contact Center experience strongly preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work autonomously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment
Strong organizational skills and goal-driven mindset
Positive attitude that fosters teamwork and collaboration
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and multitask effectively
Experience in roles that require handling objections and turning hesitation into commitment
