Call Center - Remote (Outbound)
If you enjoy talking with people, building rapport, and doing meaningful work, this could be the role for you. Vitalant is currently seeking outbound call center representatives (Donor Outreach Coordinators) to be the front-line heroes by scheduling past and present donors to make their next vital contribution through blood donation. Our ideal candidate is looking to work in a fast-paced team environment that offers the ability to work productively from home while meeting and exceeding goals/metrics while making a valuable contribution to purpose-driven work. What To Expect
Start Date: February 15, 2026
Training: 4 weeks (9am‑5pm Arizona Time)
Schedule: Choose from Tue‑Sat 10:30 AM‑7:00 PM or Sun‑Thu 10:30 AM‑7:00 PM (Arizona Time)
Compensation: Based on experience, education, location; additional 8% premium for weekend.
What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to past blood donors to re-engage and schedule donation appointments.
Build positive, respectful connections while educating donors on upcoming needs and opportunities.
Represent our mission with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls.
Strong communication skills with a warm, confident phone presence.
Ability to handle objections and turn hesitation into commitment.
Reliable, organized, and goal‑driven.

Requirements Knowledge / Education
High School Graduate or GED required.
Experience
One-year customer service experience – preferred.
Proficient computer skills required (assessment required).
Contact center experience – strongly preferred.
Skills / Abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Work autonomously and productively to meet and exceed goals while multitasking.
Ability to work in a repetitive phone role.
Positive attitude that encourages teamwork.
