Manager of Marketing & Administration at The Everest Group | Executive Search | Logistics and Supply Chain
Summary
Our Client is rapidly expanding and looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Manager of Carrier & Vendor Relations. This role is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and developing strategic carrier and vendor partners across our nationwide 4PL network. You will work closely with sales, operations, and leadership to support new business opportunities and strengthen our supply chain capabilities.

What You’ll Do
Work with sales and operations to understand customer requirements and match them with the right carrier/vendor partners.
Manage the full vendor bid process: identify partners, gather pricing, analyze bids, negotiate rates, and support onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and vendors nationwide.
Develop standardized processes for vendor engagement, and bid management.
Partner with internal teams (business development, operations, technology, customer service) to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing service.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
Direct experience working with clients and carriers.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and build trusted vendor relationships.
High attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, carrier management, procurement, customer service, pool distribution, and/or warehousing.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce.
Track record of ownership and delivering results.
Compensation
$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year + bonus
