Maintenance Assistant
We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our family‑oriented team at AdamsPlace, located at 350 Austin Graybill Road, North Augusta, SC 29860.
Pay:
$17–$20 per hour (depending on experience).
Position Highlights
Heavy duty cleaning, light grounds care, maintenance of institutional equipment.
Keep records of work performed.
Coordinate work with other departments to avoid interrupting patient care or normal business functions.
Able to be on call for emergencies.
Perform or direct duties related to building, equipment, grounds, parking lots, driveways, etc., which may include gardening, landscaping, cleaning‑up, snow removal, etc. (except work performed under service contract).
Qualifications
Maintenance experience preferred, not required.
H‑VAC experience preferred, not required.
High school graduate or graduate of a technical school.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
Knowledge of local codes and ordinances.
Knowledge of safety regulations.
