Apartment Maintenance Technician – 664 Unit Property (Grand Rapids, MI)

Base pay range : $19.00/hr – $22.00/hr
About the Role As our Maintenance Technician the opportunity for providing world‑class customer service is limitless. A Day in the Life Typical day starts with a quick maintenance meeting with your supervisor, reviewing goals/tasks for the day, followed by a quick property clean‑up. Work orders and/or turns will be assigned based on skillset. These may include light electrical, plumbing, paint, etc. Maintenance Technicians will be provided with all the tools necessary to complete their daily tasks.
Requirements / Must‑Haves
General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service
2 years of apartment maintenance experience
Displays a friendly and positive team‑first attitude
Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
Live within 20 miles of the property for on‑call rotation requirements (every 5–6 weeks)
EPA Type II Certification preferred but not required
Skilled laborer
Pay range based on experience and certifications*
