Porter must haves
General knowledge of all aspects of lawn care and exterior upkeep Effective communicator and self-starter Displays a friendly and positive team first attitude Driven and not shy about working hard Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs Ability to work outside in various weather Full Time: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm A Day in the Life
Walking the property to ensure the community is kept to quality standard cleanliness; help with any small resident or maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs; check the pool, dog park or other amenities for cleanliness and safety; may help plant/trim plants, clear snow, or spread mulch.
