Facility: West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
Location: Delray Beach, Florida
Shift: Full-Time Days
Pay Rate: Up to $27 per hour

West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our facility safe, efficient, and welcoming. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with maintenance, preventive maintenance, facility projects, and repairs. * Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, drywall patching, minor plumbing, and carpentry work. * Maintain internal and external grounds and building equipment in a safe and efficient manner. * Ensure daily clean-up of work areas at the end of each shift or job completion. * Respond to "on-call" emergency maintenance situations as needed. * Oversee the maintenance department in the absence of the Maintenance Director. * Support with setup and breakdown for facility events and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
* Experience in a long-term care facility or hospital preferred. * Skilled in painting, minor repairs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance. * Experience with HVAC systems is a plus. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
