We’re looking for a Management Analyst to join our Collections Division!

Four years of experience in administrative services, health services, social services, or engineering;
Six years of full‑time work experience in any field plus one year of experience in administrative services, health services, social services, or engineering;
A bachelor’s degree plus one year of experience in administrative services, health services, social services, or engineering;
An advanced degree or a Juris Doctorate.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION: Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full‑time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field. Job Duties
Analyze and support the programs, polices, procedures, and methods of operation within the DELTA system.
Perform supporting work within DELTA for uploading, imaging, indexing correspondence and testing.
Work with Collection management to assist with organizational projects and implementation of new programs as needed.
Assist with administering and maintaining the database for liens and cancellations.
Research delinquent tax cases through computer and financial records and respond to incoming correspondence regarding tax gaming clearances.

Probational, Promotional, Job Appointment, Detail to Special Duty or WAE
Career Progression:
This position may be filled as a Management Analyst 1 or 2.
Compensation:
The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
