Responsibilities
Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
Perform staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to the schedule, maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards, deliver great customer service, ensure attendance and punctuality, manage transportation to/from work, keep the store clean, and support marketing and profitability.
Qualifications
Add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
Make correct monetary change and enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen.
Demonstrate verbal, written and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Show motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements with speed.
Navigate by reading maps and locating addresses within the designated delivery area.
Comprehend and give written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
