Schedule:
Shifts range from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm. Saturday and Sunday availability preferred.
Summary:
We are seeking Residential Support Staff to foster a safe, structured, and supportive living environment for individuals with persistent mental health diagnoses such as Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder, OCD, etc. The role involves supervising daily activities, overseeing meal preparation and household responsibilities, and assisting residents in developing independent living skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular house and bed checks.
Ensure compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.
Provide guidance, encouragement, and support to residents.
Oversee medication self‑administration.
Coordinate transportation for residents.
Respond effectively to medical and crisis situations.
Ensure adherence to program policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (Required).
Experience and/or training in the mental health field with developmentally delayed, geriatric, and co‑occurring disorder clients (Preferred).
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Current certification and/or training in CPR and First Aid, and any other areas required by state law and agency regulation.
Strong communication skills, commitment to resident well‑being, and ability to collaborate within a team‑oriented environment.
Salary:
$16–$17 per hour.
