Position Overview This unique dual-role position blends clinical work with school-based prevention services. You will provide therapeutic care to children, youth, and families while also supporting schools in building healthy, resilient environments.
What You’ll Do As a Child & Family Therapist
Provide
individual, family, and group therapy
using evidence-based, culturally responsive practices.
Support children, caregivers, schools, and community partners to foster emotional and behavioral wellness.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement
individualized treatment plans
for a caseload of approximately
20–30 clients .
Document services and maintain clinical records in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
As a Prevention Specialist
Deliver
school presentations and prevention programming
that promote healthy behaviors, positive school climate, and early intervention.
Partner with school personnel and community groups to support youth well-being and resilience.
What We’re Looking For You are someone who:
Has a
master’s degree
in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage & family therapy, or a related field.
Is
eligible for Oregon licensure
(LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist) or currently licensed.
Thrives in a collaborative, mission-focused environment.
Takes pride in supporting colleagues, clients, and community partners.
Values professional development and would benefit from
free clinical supervision
toward licensure.
