About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead and drive revenue growth on Airport assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs and the marketplace, as well as coaching and developing the sales team to meet company initiatives. This role involves building and executing asset development plans, driving revenue generation, and developing sales strategies. The Vice President of Sales will also be committed to attracting and retaining high-performing, diverse talent, and will work to increase productivity and ensure the achievement of sustainable sales targets.

Candidates for the Vice President of Sales position should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) or an equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience. A minimum of 8 years' experience in leading a sales organization, with a focus on strategic roles and cultural change, is required. Experience in media sales and a deep understanding of the media and advertising industry, including business cycles and key revenue drivers, is also preferred. The role demands a leader with extensive knowledge of sales principles, proven leadership in large sales organizations, and proficiency in Microsoft applications. Key competencies include business perspective, fostering communication, inspiring others, negotiating, organizational awareness, and revenue and profitability management. The candidate should be adept at strategic sales planning and be prepared for a role that involves significant travel and client engagement.
