The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a group of quantitative researchers dedicated to the design, implementation, and trading of systematic ETF-based strategies. This role is pivotal in the expansion of the firm's ETF capabilities, requiring the identification of new data sources, signals, and strategies. The Head will also oversee the entire process from strategy design to backtesting and implementation, ensuring that the team's work is in line with the company's core quantitative framework.
