About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Growth Leader to take on a pivotal role in driving the organization's growth strategy within defense and national security markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the company's revenue and growth strategy, identifying and prioritizing new markets, customers, and use cases, and building strong relationships with government stakeholders and strategic partners to ensure the value of the products is well understood. This hands-on executive will also be tasked with owning complex sales motions, setting and managing pipeline and revenue targets, and leading a high-performing business development and revenue operations team. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in scaling revenue, a deep understanding of complex sales cycles, and the ability to operate in ambiguous environments while balancing short-term execution with long-term positioning.
