About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Growth Leader to take ownership of its growth strategy in defense and national security markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the company's revenue and growth strategy, identifying and prioritizing new markets, and building strong relationships with government stakeholders and strategic partners. This role demands a hands-on executive with a proven track record in scaling revenue, a deep understanding of complex sales cycles, and experience in selling defense technology or dual-use products. The Executive Growth Leader will also be tasked with leading a high-performing business development and revenue operations team, setting and managing pipeline and revenue targets, and ensuring the company's mission-critical capabilities are effectively positioned and evolved to meet market needs.
