About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Investor Services to take on a pivotal role in leading investor relations operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing fund closings, capital flows, onboarding, and ongoing account activity, with a strong focus on partnering with finance, legal, and other teams to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and overall quality of the investor experience. This leadership position involves building and overseeing strong processes, providing insights into investor activity and fundraising metrics, and mentoring junior team members while driving best practices.
Applicants for the VP of Investor Services role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in investor relations or fund administration, with a solid knowledge of private equity funds, reporting, and investor transactions.
