About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Investor Relations to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the investor communication strategy, which includes coordinating various events to engage with investors and analysts, as well as being the primary point of contact for inquiries and information dissemination. This role also involves financial reporting and analysis, with a focus on providing insights and recommendations to senior management, and requires the ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. A key aspect of the position is the development and execution of fundraising strategies, including the preparation of investment materials and leading efforts to secure capital from a variety of sources.

Applicants for the Vice President of Investor Relations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or CFA preferred, and a minimum of 7 years of experience in investor relations, particularly in fundraising. The role demands a proven track record in relationship building and management within the investment community.
