About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the offer process. This role requires a high level of expertise in full life-cycle recruitment, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will also be involved in business development activities, including identifying new client opportunities and expanding the company's presence in the market.

Applicants for the Senior Recruitment Consultant position at the company should have a proven track record in a similar role, with experience in technology, HR, supply chain, commercial real estate, sales and marketing, or finance and accounting recruitment. A deep understanding of the recruitment industry and the ability to work with a diverse range of clients is essential. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A background in recruiting diverse executive talent is a plus.
