About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to the President. The successful candidate will be a strategic, forward-thinking, and politically savvy professional with a proven track record of at least 15 years' experience, including a minimum of five years directly supporting an executive leader. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effectiveness of the President, with a focus on executive and team management, and the ability to drive the organization's success. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for managing the President's schedule, facilitating the flow of information, and acting as a problem solver and project manager. A strong preference is given to candidates with experience in government, political, and rapid response settings, and a background in law or business is advantageous.
