About the Role
The Vice President, Private Credit Product Specialist will be responsible for partnering closely with investment, capital formation, and client services teams to translate complex product positioning, performance drivers, and market outlooks into clear, investor-ready insights. You will act as a primary point of contact for institutional investors, managing ongoing communications, delivering timely performance reporting and portfolio updates, and supporting due diligence and client engagements. In this role you will contribute to fundraising and business development initiatives by participating in investor meetings, preparing tailored proposals and marketing materials, and collaborating on new product initiatives as well as strategy-specific collateral. Cross-functional collaboration is essential, requiring alignment with operations, compliance, and research teams to ensure a seamless client experience and consistent messaging across all investor touchpoints.
You should have significant experience in investor relations, product specialist roles, or institutional client management within alternative asset management, with deep expertise in private credit products such as direct lending, structured credit, CLOs, or similar strategies. A Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field is required, with advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) preferred. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential, along with proven ability to manage complex institutional relationships and articulate sophisticated investment concepts clearly to sophisticated audiences. Strong analytical skills, ability to develop client-ready reporting materials, and comfort working collaboratively across teams to support fundraising and client engagement efforts are also key for success in this role.
