About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its community with a focus on creating a positive and safe environment for both residents and team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the community's operations, including marketing, financial performance, general leadership, staff management, operations, compliance, resident care, resident engagement, and dietary services. This role requires a hands-on approach to leadership, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a high standard of resident care and ensuring the community is in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. The Executive Director will also be the primary sales leader, maintaining target census levels and fostering a community sales culture.

Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior living environment or equivalent professional experience. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in a supervisory capacity, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with seniors. The Executive Director will be expected to have a strong understanding of customer service principles, the mission of the company, and the ability to effectively manage a team, including recruiting, training, and retaining high-quality staff.
