The Company is seeking a Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations to lead the strategic growth of philanthropic support and alumni engagement. Key qualifications for the role include a proven track record in development, strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to craft and execute successful annual and capital development programs. The ideal candidate will have a creative and entrepreneurial spirit, be a seasoned principal gift fundraiser, and have a deep understanding of the philanthropic and business communities. Experience in leading a team, mentoring, and a commitment to inclusive excellence are essential. The role requires superior communication, relationship-building skills, and the ability to think strategically, manage projects, and utilize data-driven insights.
