This role involves assisting in the continuous and effective prioritization of the COO/CFO's responsibilities, attending and managing meetings, and ensuring cross-departmental alignment with organizational objectives. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for strategic decision-making, process evaluation, and serving as a communication liaison between various levels of the organization.
