About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational execution of its mission to make homeownership more affordable and rewarding. The successful candidate will be the right hand to the CEO, responsible for orchestrating high-priority initiatives, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring alignment across the organization. This role involves serving as a leadership integrator, defining and rolling out key performance indicators, and managing the executive team's operating rhythm. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in program management, including the end-to-end planning of time-sensitive programs such as new product launches and strategic partnerships.
Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in high-growth startups, consulting, banking, or financial services, with a strong preference for those with a background in fintech or a heavily regulated sector. The role requires a candidate with a demonstrated ability to partner with executives, lead cross-functional teams, and possess a strong project management and analytical mindset. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in data-driven decision-making are essential.
