About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing and Communications Officer (CMCO) to serve as a strategic and creative leader, stewarding a powerful brand identity and advancing a unified marketing and communications strategy. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in enhancing the reputation of global brands, at least 10 years of professional experience in brand marketing and communications, and a bachelor's degree in a related field. They must also have a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience and be adept at modern marketing and communication technologies, including digital platforms, data analytics, and AI-driven tools. The CMCO will be expected to lead a team, ensure consistent messaging, and leverage brand awareness studies to enhance storytelling and strategic messaging. Collaborative leadership, exceptional relationship-building skills, and proactive media and crisis communications planning are essential for this role.
