The successful candidate will be responsible for managing information flow, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring that the Executive Board's priorities are effectively communicated and implemented. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex information, driving operational efficiency, and holding teams accountable. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in meeting facilitation, decision support, and general administrative responsibilities, and must be adept at cross-functional collaboration, change management, and corporate governance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing cross-functional initiatives, driving accountability, and ensuring operational efficiency. Experience in change management, business transformation, or organizational development is a plus, and a background in consulting, finance, or operations management may be beneficial.
