SUMMARY
The Parts Advisor is responsible for selling parts and accessories to service technicians and customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Handle telephone orders efficiently.
Prepare parts counter sales ticket thoroughly.
Cost parts on repair orders.
Assist in receiving parts in shipping area.
Carefully check invoices against orders and stock shelves promptly.
Help maintain parts storage in orderly condition.
Inform technicians and customers when special order parts arrive.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS Be able to carry more than 5 lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Be able to work independently or in a team environment
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Etc.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Must be 21 years old or older
Must have a Valid Texas Driver’s License
Must be able to pass a drug screening test.
Must be able to pass a background screening check.
