Job Description We are seeking an EOIR Immigration Paralegal to join our team! **Responsibilities: ** Family based immigration matters including waivers and consular processing Removal defense matters, including but not limited to cancellation of removal and asylum Special immigrant VISAs, including SIJS, U, T, VAWA Conduct research to support legal proceedings Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents Candidates should exhibit the ability to manage a full case load **Qualifications: ** Fluent in English and Spanish Previous experience as a paralegal in immigration law Excellent writing and proofreading skills Familiarity with legal research Ability to prioritize and multitask Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with people of different cultures Deadline and detail-oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent customer service skills Reliable and punctual Professional etiquette and appearance Must be a team player, be able to multitask, and work in a fast pace office environment Knowledge of eImmigrationAir (or comparable) software ALL APPLICATIONS WILL REMAIN CONFIDENTIAL Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Education: Associate (Required) Experience: Immigration law: 1 year (Required) Language: Spanish (Required) Work Location: In person
