Base Pay Range
$100.00/hr - $110.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Generalist approach with emphasis on qualitative research
- Usability testing
- In-depth interviews
- Co-design
- Running surveys
- Regular analysis
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Diary studies
- Contextual inquiry
Tools
- UserTesting.com
- Qualtrics
- Must showcase mobile product development (preferably smartphones)
Experience
- Minimum: 5 years
- No upper limit (previous hires had 12–15 years)
- Smartphone experience strongly preferred; wearable experience acceptable if it involves mobile research
- Must have experience interviewing users on small‑screen form factors
Additional Notes
- Experience with other smartphone manufacturers is valuable
