Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order requirements (pick lists, RF scanners).
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified and trained).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to company standards.
- Adhere to all Safety protocols and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock checks.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or orders to supervisors.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support logistics operations.
- Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, and moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and follow instructions precisely.
- Familiarity with Safety regulations and the importance of wearing appropriate PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
