Skills and Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Computer proficiency in: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Experience with confidential medical records experience in any of the following areas: admissions, medical office operations, patient account representation, program coordination, medical coding or billing, appointment scheduling, medical claims processing, or administrative support within a medical office setting Ability to obtain & maintain security clearance Medical terminology, symbols, abbreviations Security clearance (any level) State or government work Medical credentials or certification (helpful but not required)
