Coordinate and schedule off-site medical referrals. Enter referral data into patient management systems. Assemble and process escorted trip authorization packets. Track appointments, cancellations, and special instructions. Ensure compliance with client contracts and HIPAA. Manage and document medical records for off-site referrals. Facilitate weekly Utilization Review Committee meetings. Provide general clerical support. Multi-task across scheduling and calendar management.
