Duration: 3Month + extension
Main Responsibilities:
Contact center role supporting internal Abbott employees. Assistance with Workday system, policy questions, and data changes Handle emails, chats, web forms, phone calls, and Teams appointments. Provide support for Spanish-speaking employees, especially from Puerto Rico. Use ticketing system (ServiceNow) and Workday for updates. Skills:
Bilingual in Spanish. Customer service experience. Strong typing and technology skills. Preferred Skills:
Experience with Workday system. Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system HR background or degree in HR Education:
